Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
